Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information collected through the Women’s Health Innovation Institute website and how it is used.
Public forms
The founding-list form collects the name, email address and selected interest a visitor chooses to provide. The community survey collects the answers a participant submits. Contact information is not displayed publicly, sold or included in public reports.
Private health timeline
The health timeline is available only after ChatGPT sign-in. Records are associated with the signed-in email address and separated from public pages and community-survey responses. The timeline is an organizational tool, not an electronic medical record or HIPAA-certified patient portal.
Control of your timeline
Signed-in users can edit individual records, permanently delete individual records and download their timeline as a CSV file. Do not enter another person’s information without permission.
Minors
The public community survey does not collect contact details from participants who select ages 14–17. The private timeline is not intended for a minor to use without a parent or legal guardian’s involvement.
Use and protection
Information is used to provide requested website functions, understand community needs and send permission-based Institute updates. Health-timeline information is not used for marketing. No internet service can promise absolute security, so users should avoid entering information they do not want stored online.
Requests
Privacy questions may be sent to hello@womenshealthinnovationinstitute.org. Signed-in users can delete or export timeline records directly from the private tracker.
